About the Author:

Rabbi Chaim L. Belsky is the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Tiferes Yisroel, a Yeshiva for American students in Yerushalayim. Raised in Chicago, Illinois, Rabbi Belsky learned for many years in Mesivta Yeshiva Rabbeinu Chaim Berlin. He has spent the past fifteen years in Yerushalayim, where he has developed a very close relationship with HaRav Yitzchok Berkovitz shlita, under whom he has learned halacha. Rabbi Belsky is also a trained sofer and shochet.
